A. 1. If you receive an item that is damaged, call or email us immediately. Do not send it back to our warehouse. Our policy is that any broken item will be replaced at no additional cost to you within 10-14 days.

We do not cover any return shipping cost. Merchandise must also be returned within 30 days of purchase re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged before a refund is issued.
A. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack packs quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
B. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Q. 4. What if I order something that is out of stock?
A. 4. In the event the customer response is greater than we anticipate and we sell out of an item, you will receive an email notifying you that the item is out of stock. We will process a refund, as we do not back-order an item.
